Behind the scenes, we use a mix of our own vans in London and trusted courier partners nationwide. Either way, your plants are handled carefully and delivered safely.

FAQs

When will I get my plant?
Delivery takes 2–5working days. If the plant is in stock, it will go out quickly. If we need to bring it in from Holland, delivery will follow our weekly Thursday restock.

Do you deliver outside London?
Yes, all across the UK. Standard orders are sent with our courier partners, always tracked.

Can I choose a delivery day?
Not yet – but we’ll always email or text you when your order is on the way, and couriers provide tracking with a delivery window.

What if my plant arrives damaged?
Just let us know within 24 hours with a photo and we’ll sort it – replacement or refund, no hassle.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
No. To keep plants fresh and reduce waste, deliveries are scheduled around our weekly Holland shipment.

Refund policy

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for non-plant items only. Plants are non-returnable, as they’re living goods and can’t be rehomed once they’ve left us.

Non-plant items (pots, accessories) can be returned within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

To start a return, contact ezgi@plantwarehouse.uk. Returns must be approved before sending anything back—items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 24 hours if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. All plants are covered by our 24-hour transit guarante, we’ll replace it free of charge, or refund if a replacement isn’t available.

 

If my plant dies after a few days

If your plant doesn’t make it within the first 14 days, despite proper care, we’ll send a replacement or refund. Postage for replacements is shared equally by us and the customer.

What counts as “proper care”?

Each plant comes with clear care guidance. To qualify for our guarantee, plants must be placed in a suitable spot (light and temperature) and watered appropriately. If a plant shows signs of neglect (bone-dry soil, overwatering, or unsuitable placement), it won’t be covered.
